I am an entrepreneur who belongs to the neighbor city. As I am excited and responsible to attend all events in the business activities, I am required to visit many places to extend, manage and operate my business effectively.

I am bound to remind you that I am a regular customer for your Star Star Hotel who visit and stay in your hotel at least for a period of 3 to 10 days once in every two months with my co workers of my company.

At no cost my schedules are never revised since the onset of my company either it is a work schedule or a play schedule or a pay schedule or a stay schedule. Once again I remind you that my bills for stay and spend in your hotels are cleared all in a stretch in advance payments itself.

But this time, unfortunately, the schedules which have been planned to stay in your hotel in room no. 123 ( with reservation ID : 2013JAN1234 ) for a period of 2 days have been postponed due to so unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances.

So, I believe that you being a business person who knows all the plusses and minuses involved in the life of a businessman or an entrepreneur

Hence I kindly request you to cancel the reservation with reservation ID: 2013JAN1234 via online transaction. I also humbly request you not to get disappointed due to our activities and understand us in this regard.
