The Eligibility for AIPMT he/she should completed their age 17 within 31st December of the year for their admission of 1st year B.D.S/M.B.B.S and should be an Indian.
AIPMT Entrance exam has categorized into two major classifications. Pre-dental and Pre-medical are those two classifications that they have categorized the medical field. These two major fields are disjoint from each other. The 1st one is dealt with the dental issues and dental related things and for the 2nd one it deals with the body kind of conditions. And also both the categories deals with the human body kind of things.
The upper limit for pre-dental entrance exam is 25 years. Also for the upper limit for pre-medical entrance exam is also the same 25 years as they have mentioned for Pre-dental entrance exam. This scheduled for the other backward classes.
For the scheduled Tribe and scheduled caste category students there are no relaxation in the upper limit but as per now they have given 5 yrs of relaxation for the Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste students.
The candidate must clear all subjects such as chemistry, biology, bio-technology, physics and must secure in overall at least 50% for general category and 45% for the candidates who belonging to the Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste students category.
In the same way the minimum marks for General-Physically Handicapped is 45% of aggregate marks.
Those who currently pursuing Higher Secondary Certificate leaving examinations can also appear for AIPMT entrance exam, with above mention condition.
